Hand Held Coder Printers
When automatic coding is not possible, roll up your sleeves
and do it by hand. These printers quickly and easily apply data
codes, lot numbers, and other key product information. Choose
from indexing or non-indexing (continuous print) models.

HP-100NI
Non-Indexing Hand Printer
The HP-100NI Hand Printer
is the smallest of our hand held roll coders - featuring a 2" x 6.5"
print area. The Print Drum rides on a pair sealed ball bearings which provide
smooth rotation and durability in production marking applications. This non-indexing
model will continue to roll forward and print the set code at 6.5" repeat
intervals.
HP-200NI
Non-Indexing Hand Printer
The HP-200NI Hand Printer
features a 2" x 9.1" print area. This non-indexing model will continue
to roll forward and print the set code at 9.1" repeat intervals.
HP-200
Indexing Hand Printer
The HP-200 Indexing model
utilizes a unique cam indexing mechanism to return the print drum to the same
starting position when the coder is lifted away from the surface being marked.
The index mechanism allows the print drum to rotate 365 degrees before reaching
a positive stop. This provides full use of the 2" x 9.1" print area.
HPNP-100
Indexing Non-Porous Hand Printer
The indexing model utilizes
a unique cam indexing mechanism to return the print drum to the same starting
position when the coder is lifted away from the surface being marked. For
coding long lengths of material, the print drum will continue to roll forward
since no positive stop is used. A pair of sealed ball bearings provide smooth
rotation and durability in production marking applications.
HPNP-100NI
Non-Indexing Non-Porous Hand Printer
The non-indexing model
is provided without a few of the indexing components at a lower cost. Typically
recommended for printing long sheet stock where indexing is not necessary.
These units can be easily field converted to indexing with an available kit.
HPL-100NI-NP
& HPL-200NI-NP Non-Indexing, Non-Porous Hand Printers
Non-indexing models are
recommended for printing codes multiple times down long lengths of material.
With one printing die installed on the print drum, codes will print at a repeat
interval of 18". Multiple printing dies can be installed on the print
drum for closer print repeat intervals.
HPL-100-NP
& HPL-200-NP Indexing, Non-Porous Hand Printer
The indexing models utilizes
a unique cam indexing mechanism to return the print drum to the same starting
position when the coder is lifted away from the surface being marked. For
coding long lengths of material, the print drum will continue to roll forward
since no positive stop is used. A pair of sealed ball bearings provide smooth
rotation and durability in production marking applications. These models are
typically used to print individual parts where print registration is required.
All Coders uses the Ribtype and DiLok type.
